An imaginary, surrealistic, or dreamlike scene or setting.
The idea for the name Dreamscape was inspired by the owner’s love for painting sky scenes and the desire to bring the dream-like world from the paintings to life.
We want to create a free flowing and inspiring environment to reflect dreamy vibes in every aspect of our studio, from the decor to the hair itself!
Everyone has their own Dreamscape, a world all of your own thoughts that can be whatever you want it to be.
We challenge you to imagine your dream hair and collaborate with us to make your visions and ideas for your hair into a reality!
Because your hair goal is more than just a flat picture of a different person used for inspiration, it is the atmosphere it creates around you, the energy you project and aligning outer beauty with your true self.
Our Mission
At Dreamscape we are on a mission to offer something different in an environment where everyone feels like they belong. Our studio is unlike any other in Buffalo from our aesthetic to services, to customer experience, to branding. We ask: “why can’t we reach the same level as famous salons in bigger cities?” and constantly strive to improve ourselves and elevate our industry in Buffalo.
We promote a free-thinking and open environment. We value sharing knowledge and encourage everyone to ask questions about hair, business or any other topic.

Dreamscape operates as a booth rental salon. Enjoy the freedom of running your own business while receiving support to make it more approachable. There is no gate-keeping here. We are open and transparent about business practices and promoting financial literacy.
We encourage our stylists to specialize in an area that calls to them. This allows our stylists to have a directional focus for their continued growth. This includes constant education with online and in-person classes.

Appointments may be booked online up to 48 hours before the appointment time. We require a card on file in order to book. The card information will be securely stored and will not be charged without prior communication. Contact the studio or your stylist directly for last minute appointments.

Any appointment changes or cancellations require a 46 hour notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late, without communication, may be considered a no show at the stylist’s discretion.
We get it, everyone is human and sometimes things escape our minds. You will get a reminder notification 48 hours prior to your appointment, this allows for a 2 hour window to contact us.
Any reschedules or cancellations within 46 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service price. No call, no shows will be charged 50% of the service price and will require a 25%deposit to rebook. You will receive a phone call before your card is charged.
To a hairstylist having a last-minute cancellation greatly impacts our work week, imagine going to work and not getting paid. We are super thankful to all the amazing clients who honor our time and communicate with us.

Your support in the form of gratuity is greatly appreciated. Our stylists will never pressure anyone for a tip. We ask that any gratuity be in the form of cash or venmo, however there is an option to charge a tip on a card at checkout as well.

All Dreamscape stylists have the right to refuse service for any reason (ex. Overly compromised hair, rude behavior, making uncomfortable advances, etc.). There are security cameras on the premises to protect everyone in the studio. Any person who exhibits offensive or aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Only good vibes allowed!
Dreamscape is not child-proof. Hot tools, shears, and razors are constantly moving around the studio making it dangerous for kids. Please only bring children age 12 and up to the salon. We do not offer different pricing for children. -
All dreamscape stylists take great pride in their work and don’t want anyone living with hair they don’t love. We do not offer refunds on services. However, we will do a complimentary color adjustment.
Please do not be afraid to communicate with us exactly what you are not loving about your hair within one week of your original appointment. We will do our best to make the changes that help you feel amazing about your hair within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
Retail products can be returned and refunded within 30 days of original purchase, as long as they are unopened. If you did open the product and decided that it's just not for you, we will reimburse 50% of the retail price, provided that the product is still mostly full.
Extension hair is non-refundable once the order is placed. In the event that someone changes their mind after ordering the hair and there are other clients in need of purchasing that exact color, then the original purchaser can be reimbursed. If Dreamscape is unable to resell the hair within 30 days, the hair will be given back to the original purchaser. It is against our sanitary practices to resell extension hair that has already been used, however we would be happy to convert wefts into clip in extensions for you!
